Every order from Rene's Scented Spark is hand-poured and packed with care in Clearwater, Florida.

Processing time: In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Personalized and custom orders may take longer; the estimated time is listed on the product page.

Carrier and rates: We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Heat: Candles and fragrance products can be affected by extreme heat. Please bring your package inside promptly after delivery.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at renescentedspark@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged), and we'll make it right.
